| 描述 | Ac-pYEEIE showed high affinity for the pp60src SH2 domain with an IC₅₀ = 0.5 µM. Additionally it blocked binding of various SH2 domain constructs to platelet-derived growth factor kinase, i.e. Src with IC₅₀ = 1.35 µM, Abl with IC₅₀ = 15.3 and Grb2 at 100 µM by 44.25%. It did not bind to Syp (N-terminal) and PLC (C-terminal) SH2 constructs. |
